07/27/2002:
I was super clumsy today. I woke up by spilling a cup of water I had on my nightstand. The water went all over a bunch of stuff I had by the bed, so I spent my first waking moments wiping up the mess, and it put me in a foul mood. Throughout the day I kept spilling food or dropping things or knocking things over or bumping my head. It sucked.

07/24/2002:
I had a nice birthday weekend. My dad and Kathy came down on Friday, and they took Somer and me out to eat barbecue. On Saturday, Somer and I went down to San Antonio to visit my mom who made a great dinner and a yummy coconut cake.

07/19/2002:
It's my birthday!

07/14/2002:
It’s been another lazy day for me. I pretty much just read and watched public access. Oh yeah, I also took a nap. I wish I didn’t have to get a summer job. I know I’m a sniveling baby, but I am what I am. The problem is that I feel awkward trying to get a job someplace when I’m only going to work there for a month. It can’t be helped, though. Also, I shaved off my moustache.

07/13/2002:
I’m being pretty lazy this weekend. I’ve just been entertaining myself with books, movies, public access, food and sleep. Also, I shaved off my beard.

07/10/2002:
Somer and I got back two days ago. I'm slowly getting back into the swing of things here in Austin. As soon as I find the plug to my scanner I'll put up some pictures along with my road trip journal.

06/26/2002:
I’m at a public library in Oceanside, CA. I’ve been keeping a written journal the whole time, so I’ll type it up when I get back to Austin sometime around July 6. So far the trip has been awesome. Somer and I just got back from the San Diego Wild Animal Park, which we enjoyed immensely.
I think I may have a sunburn.

06/17/2002:
Somer's sister's wedding went great. We've only been home for a few hours, but we've got to get some sleep, 'cause in the morning we're leaving on our roadtrip. I plan to keep a hand-written journal that I'll upload when we get back around July 4th. It should be fun, I hope.

06/14/2002:
I’m off to Somer’s sister’s wedding.

06/08/2002:
The house is pretty much the way Somer and I want it. There is still a lot of stuff left to figure out and do, but most of the work is done. Somer is at her sister’s bachelorette party, so I’m just chillin’ at the house. I did my full workout for the first time in almost two weeks. I’ve been slacking (and moving). Somer says she’s going to the Metroplex tomorrow to help prepare stuff for her sister’s wedding this next Saturday, so I’ll be home alone until I head up to Arlington on Friday for the wedding. I need to remember to take a look at my suit in case it needs a trip to the dry cleaners. Hopefully I will make some progress in the music room. I’d like to be able to play the electric piano and maybe the drums. I haven’t played the drums in ages. Hopefully I’m not too rusty.

06/01/2002:
I did a lot of sleeping today.
